Meal Planning

Popping in mid-week to share our menu-- This is a holiday week so nothing fancy here!
The kiddos are loving going to the pool and we are enjoying all of the fun summer has to offer these days.

Sunday: We marinated chicken breasts all day in our favorite marinade; Tim grilled the chicken and we served it with salads and cous-cous (NOTE: cous-cous + toddlers........not the best idea I've ever had. I am still finding it in the rug, seats, etc.....)

Monday: Tim grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and baked fries in the oven. The kiddos enjoyed ice cream cones for dessert- yay for yummy summer treats!

Tuesday: I chopped up and seasoned chicken and veggies in the morning and we made some chicken and veggie quesadillas for dinner- yum!

Wednesday: Tonight, Wednesday, will be fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pesto paninis. This is easy and delish! I chopped up watermelon this morning so that will be a side or dessert.

Thursday: Fourth of July! We will probably grill something and play outside or at the pool all day! I am planning on baking cookies with the kiddos to celebrate America's birthday.

Friday: Homemade pizzas - our specialty! Bon Appetite!
